Online Purchase Returns Policy

Goods should be returned within 14 days of delivery ( full price & sale ).

All products must be returned in a re-saleable condition. This means the product and its packaging, labels and tags are undamaged and unused. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.

You, the customer, pay for the return postage of your unwanted items, we can only refund the unwanted item, not your delivery.

Due to the store being closed, if an item needs to be returned please email – info@meleclifton.co.uk where we will inform you where to return the item.

When returning goods they must be well packaged to avoid any damage in the post.  If returning footwear it must be in it’s original box and undamaged.  Footwear returned without the original box will not be accepted unless faulty.

ALL ORDERS ARE DOUBLE CHECKED ( Inc size, colour, style) TO ENSURE THAT THEY LEAVE IN PRISTINE CONDITION, THEREFORE NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR STOCK BEING MARKED/SOILED

All faulty returns are sent to the manufacturer for inspection. If deemed faulty by the manufacturer, a full refund will then be issued.

Note that MELE Town and Country Clothing Ltd does not take responsibility for goods lost in the post, so insure goods accordingly
